At UK Water Filters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your filtration system or replacement cartridge isn't the right fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the correct return address.
Package Your Item
Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging; filter cartridges must remain sealed in their hygienic wrapping to be eligible for a refund.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our warehouse, keeping your proof of postage safe.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
